- Exchanges, Return & Refunds

- Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within the first
30 days of purchase. Sorry no returns or exchanges after 30 days. No Exceptions.
Customer must call or use the form below for a Return Merchandise authorization
number (RMA) on all returns, regardless of the reason for the return. The
RMA number must be clearly written on or near the address label. Please
include a written explanation of the reason you are returning the item,
and a copy of the original invoice (please give specific detailed description
of defect if any). Any return without an RMA number will be refused! Parts
must be unused, unaltered, and unbroken, in re-sellable condition. All
returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a replacement or credit
is issued. Exchange items will be of the same or greater value. Customer
will pay the difference (if any). No cash refunds. CPP reserves the right
to charge a 20% inspection and re-stocking fee on all returns.
Warranty returns require the same procedures as above. Parts that are disassembled,
altered, modified, disfigured, or abused will not be covered by our warranty.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost regardless of carrier.
COD returns will not be accepted. If after inspection the part is proven
defective, the item will be repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty
does not cover reimbursement of labor costs or incidental damages (if any).
There are no refunds on shipping costs, electrical parts, or special order
merchandise.

- Once your request has been approved, you will receive
a unique RMA number and instructions on how to return you order. Please
follow these instructions carefully to expedite the processing of your
return.
- Please allow 3-5 days upon delivery for inspection and
processing.
