Dear CPP Family,

We want to take the time to thank you, our valued customers, for your support through these uncertain times. As things progress in the state of California, we want to keep you updated on the modifications we are making to our daily operations

We are glad to see that so many of you are staying safe at home and keeping busy with your projects in the garage. As a CPP customer, you know that we love talking to you about your builds and helping you out with your next classic car or truck upgrade. We pride ourselves on dedicating our time to working with you to ensure all of your questions are answered. However, at this time, our sales staff is still not back in full capacity and we are unable to assist you as quickly as we'd like. We want to assure you that we are working daily to answer your questions and help you find solutions. Most of our technical staff are working off-site and unavailable by phone so sending an email to our mailbox ( is the fastest way to get an answer if you need technical assistance.

Like most companies, our fulfillment and warehouse staff are still operating at a reduced capacity. Those who are here are eagerly hand-picking and packing your orders while also striving to maintain the recommended safety guidelines put into place like having their work spaces cleaned regularly, wearing gloves and masks, and maintaining six feet of social distance. These safety measures regrettably have caused an increase in the processing time it takes to prepare your order and orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on the product and the size of the order.

Although our showroom remains closed, we have opened up a Curbside Will Call/Pickup area. We encourage our Southern California customers to take advantage of it. We do ask that you follow the instructions sent via email so we can ensure your safety and the safety of the employee hand-carrying your order out to you. If you would like to place an order for Will Call, you may do so on our website or over the phone. We will not be able to assist with any technical questions or returns at the time of your pick-up, so please be sure to get the assistance you need before placing your order and scheduling your pick-up.

In the interest of safety, we decided to temporarily close down our machine shop in March but we are happy to announce that it is back up and running at a limited capacity. The guys are diligently working to build back up the stock of some of our staple items, but some parts may not be available for a few weeks. We know that nobody likes backorders so want to encourage you to reach out to our CPP Dealers across the country if we are out of stock on an item that you are looking for. We agree that long waits are frustrating but we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to speed things up while keeping our employees and communities safe. We will continue with this objective until this threat is over and our families, including you and yours are safe and healthy. We want to thank you for your continued support and business during these unprecedented times. As things develop daily here in California, we have been making continuous modifications to our operations to increase productivity and to better assist you while still maintaining the CDC guidelines for social distancing and health and safety. Therefore, effective Monday, April 13, 2020, we will be implementing the following new procedures:


Business Hours for Phone and Will Call Pick Up:
Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM.

Phone Support: Our phone lines will be available for orders only. Our Technical Support and Order Status lines will remain closed, but our staff will still be able to assist you via email ( Please allow for delays as we continue to operate with a limited staff.

Online Orders: We encourage everyone to place their orders via our website at this time. Our website is open 24/7 and you will receive an Order Confirmation once it is received.

No-Contact Will Call Pick Up: Our showroom will remain closed, but we are opening a designated Will Call area for customers who prefer to pick up their orders. Please place all Will Call Orders in advance, either by phone or thru our website. Please allow 2 hours minimum to schedule your pick up time. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email advising if the items are in stock and a Ready for Pick Up email with instructions on how to proceed.

Dealers: Please use the dedicated Dealer Mailbox - for all your inquiries, including placing your Orders, checking Order Status, Technical Support, and Stock Checks.

Shipping: We are doing our best to ship your orders as they come in, however, shipments may take longer than usual as we have reduced our hours and our staff to comply with California's mandate. Our current estimated ship time is 1-2 weeks for stocking items.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temporary changes we have had to implement during this pandemic. It is our greatest desire to bring you the best possible customer service, while helping to prevent the spread of this virus.
