We want to thank you, our valued customers, for the continuous support you have shown us throughout the year. As things progress in the state of California, we want to keep you updated on the modifications we are making to our daily operations.

As a CPP customer, you know that we love talking to you about your builds and helping you out with your next classic car or truck upgrade. We pride ourselves on dedicating our time to working with you to ensure all of your questions are answered. However, at this time, our sales staff is still not back to full capacity and we are unable to assist you as quickly as we'd like. We want to assure you that we are working daily to answer your questions and assist you with your projects. If you desire technical assistance, we recommend sending an email to our mailbox (info@classicperform.com) as our phone call back time and hold wait time are longer than normal.

We have come a long way and are making great progress on getting your orders shipped out faster than in the previous months. Our current shipping lead times are 5-7 business days, depending on the product and the size of the order. Like most companies, our fulfillment and warehouse staff are still operating at a reduced capacity. Those who are here are eagerly hand-picking and packing your orders while also maintaining the recommended safety guidelines, such as regularly cleaning our work spaces, wearing gloves and face coverings, and maintaining six feet apart for social distancing.

We have reopened the doors to our showroom to facilitate the picking up of Will Call orders. Our hours have changed and currently our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. Your safety as well as the safety of our staff continues to be our upmost priority. We do ask that you follow both the instructions that are placed just outside our showroom door, as well as any inside our showroom. Although our showroom is now open for local will calls, we have had to limit the capacity of visitors to 6 people at a time. To allow for a quicker processing time of your order, we encourage you to place your order ahead of time. If you would like to place an order for will call, you may do so on our website or over the phone.

In the interest of safety, we decided to temporarily close down our machine shop in March but we are happy to announce that it is back up and running at a limited capacity. The guys are diligently working to build back up the stock of some of our staple items, but some parts may not be available for a few weeks. We encourage you to call or email us to check stock and availability before placing orders. We understand that nobody likes backorders and therefore also encourage you to reach out to our CPP Dealers across the country if we are out of stock on an item that you are looking for. We agree that long waits are frustrating but we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to speed things up while keeping our employees and communities safe. We will continue with this objective until this threat is over and our families, including you and yours are safe and healthy.
