INSTALL SPRING HANGERS |

Front spring hangers bolt to bottom of frame rails as shown.
Center of front most mounting hole in spring hanger is positioned 38"
forward of the front edge of square hole in bottom of frame rail that is
closest to rear crossmember, and 13-1/2" back from rivet on frame as
shown. |

Rear spring hanger is positioned as shown with rearmost hole
in bracket 8" forward of center of rearmost bumper bracket mounting
hole. Holes will need to be drilled 3/8". Tubular spacers install on
inside of frame rail. |

Spring Pads are positioned on rear end housing 42" center
to center. Pinion angle when installed should be 6 degrees up. |

INSTALL SHOCK MOUNTS |
|
Upper shock mounts install on front edge of rear crossmember.
Brackets should be positioned approximately 6-3/4" from inside edge
of frame rail with the center to center distance ending up at 27". |

FINAL INSTALLATION |
|
Mount springs to front hangers first. Next, install rearend
onto springs, making sure that shockmount tabs on 5-hole plates (not shown)
face center of chassis. Finally, install shackles onto rear hangers and
then install springs onto shackles. |
