Blasting the ’57 Chevy Project

One of the first things to do on a project like this is blast it down to the bare metal and remove the filler. This will uncover the good, the bad and the ugly. The good: the floorboards are in decent shape. The bad: there was a lot of body filler discovered on the exterior. The ugly: there will be additional work needed to make it perfect.

Mitch Kelly, of Kelly & Son, thanks the owner of Blasting Specialties & Powder Coating in Commerce, CA for doing a great job on the ’57 project car.
